Returns

Eligibility Criteria:


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
The item must be returned within [number of days] days from the date of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:

Return Process:


To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at supprt@nexustrading.store to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service.

Refunds:


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 15 days. Refunds

Refunds are issued for eligible returned items only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds:


If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges


We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order.
